Shipping Policy

Most of our products can be delivered anywhere in North America and may be subjected to Import duty!

We know that great results come with patience! All orders will be processed within 3 days, depending upon the availability of stock. 

We use the UPS, FEDEX, USPS or the best available carrier depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.

The buyer would be responsible for providing an accurate address for delivery and shipment would be shipped to the address provided. We, innoutarabicmarket.com, would not be responsible for missed deliveries, especially for ones going to addresses like PO boxes or community boxes. 

Please note, that most orders arrive duty-free, however, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

International orders must be shipped to the cardholder’s address.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country.

A tracking number will always be provided for orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimated delivery date.

Lost Shipments Policy

We understand that sometimes delivery mishaps can occur, such as a missing apartment number, wrong house number, or an unsupported forwarding address, which can prevent a package from reaching you.

If your package fails to be delivered, there’s a chance it can be returned before another delivery attempt is made. If you are located in the United States or Canada and your package is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you for a small fee to cover shipping expenses.
